Our Mission

We believe that an ethical business should be witnessed internally and externally to support society's more inclusive social structure. The perspective we take focuses on more prominent corporations and small businesses, start-ups, and other charities. This is because we believe that a more inclusive and socially comfortable society is a group effort throughout all levels. Therefore, we want to assist this outlook further as we advance by carrying out data-based research, promoting this movement to the public more, and providing businesses with information on enhancing their business through ethical, sustainable and socially competitive structures.

Why is our mission so important?

Businesses play a vital role in society as they can negatively influence employees through unethical labour standards, violating human rights, neglecting ecological missions and unfairly treating individuals and groups. But, on the contrary, they can also positively uplift society by providing social capital that benefits all, fair treatment to employees and customers, philanthropic good deeds and many more social perks. That being said, we want to activate and strengthen the latter points, the positives. These all coincide with social responsibility aims and boost a brand's competitiveness, profits, and employee productivity and retention rates. However, upon conducting research into our 'Beyond Bluewashing' initiative, it was clear that all businesses and not just the well-known corporate companies should be assisted in reaching ethical business practices as there are many factors to think of which can make it hard to understand what to focus upon. Therefore, we will be creating guides, podcasts and other accessible and free material to assist businesses of all sizes on business models, legislative frameworks, policy drafting and other core social trends that would positively impact their businesses.
